Pre-Order Conditions
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following:
1. Reservation
- A deposit secures the selected watch model and guarantees Early Bird pricing.
- Each model is limited to 5 pieces.
- Once the deposit is paid, the watch is reserved under the customer’s name.
2. Email and Contact Information
- For the pre-order phase, the following email is used: marketing@greencompass.swiss
- A phone number may be requested later for delivery purposes.
- For now, the customer may proceed without providing a phone number.
3. Kickstarter Process
- The remaining balance is paid at the opening of the Kickstarter campaign.
- If the customer prefers not to use Kickstarter, a direct invoice can be issued, keeping the same discount and reservation.
4. Delivery
- Final delivery estimated 12–15 weeks after the campaign ends (approximately August 2026).
- Delivery fee: 18 CHF
5. Social Impact Program
- 10% of proceeds are donated to selected partner associations , with an option for customers to add an additional tip.
6. Production Adjustments
Green Compass may adjust production timelines due to supply chain issues or component delays. Any significant change will be communicated proactively.
7. Data Usage
Customer data is used exclusively for order and delivery management and will never be shared with third parties.
