All Green Compass watches are produced in limited quantities and follow a high-precision assembly schedule in Switzerland.

Estimated delivery time after the end of the Kickstarter campaign: 12 to 15 weeks (projected around August 2026), with the possibility of additional delays due to supply chain constraints.

• Standard delivery fee: 18 CHF
  DDP (duties, import taxes and customs included) applies only to selected countries

• For all other destinations, customers must contact us to confirm shipping and customs conditions

Customers may cancel their pre-order at any time before the Kickstarter campaign begins. (April 2026)

The deposit will be refunded in full.

If the customer has confirmed their order on Kickstarter (or via direct invoice), the order is still cancellable until the Kickstarter campaign officially ends.

An order becomes final and non-cancellable only when the Kickstarter campaign is officially marked as “Successful” and officially closed (expected end of April 2026).

If the campaign succeeds, all confirmed orders become binding and enter production. However, customers may still cancel their order if Green Compass is unable to meet the announced delivery timeframe or if significant production delays occur.

If the campaign does not reach its funding goal, all orders are automatically cancelled and customers are refunded according to Kickstarter’s rules.

Customers may also cancel their order at any time before the end of the Kickstarter campaign, regardless of whether they completed their order via Kickstarter or through a direct invoice.

Customers have a 14-day return window starting from the date of delivery.

A return is eligible only if the following conditions are met:

• The watch is unused
  
• All stickers, packaging, and accessories are intact
  
• The product shows no wear or damage
  
• The watch is returned with the original guarantee card and proof of purchase
  

Upon validation of the return, a full refund will be issued (minus any applicable return shipping costs).
