• Movement defects
• Manufacturing faults
• Assembly issues

• Damage resulting from misuse, impact, shock, or lack of careNormal wear and tear (straps, scratches, ageing of materials)
  
• Water damage if instructions were not respected
  
• Any repair, modification, or opening performed by a non-authorized third party

If the customer sends the watch to a non-authorized watchmaker, the warranty becomes void.

To benefit from warranty service, the customer must provide:

• The original proof of purchase

• The official Green Compass warranty card, completed and included in the original packaging
  
  
  Repairs performed under warranty are free of charge. Repairs outside of warranty will be quoted and billed separately.
